Really great guys.

I had to do an interstate move on short notice- less than a week. I needed same-day drop off and pickup and movers to help fill the container. I checked out several places but was concerned by all the negative reviews on Yelp. Then from Yelp, I found Box-n-Go. They live up to the positive reviews! The person I talked with (Frank) made everything happen and arranged the drop off for a time when there was street cleaning, so there wouldn't be a problem with finding space for the container. The movers they contracted with were also fantastic and managed to fit almost everything into the container by rearranging several times. Really great guys, and every person along every step of the way went beyond the call of duty.

I couldn't book online for some reason but it was on NYE so maybe it was down & no one to fix it. They did call me back 2 days later on their next business day & got everything I needed last minute. Everyone was very friendly & professional, rates are great, only hidden fee was if its same day pick up its $50 extra which I didn't see on the website. My only complaints are they don't do business or drop off/pick ups on Sundays (very inconvenient!) and there is NO WAY a 1 bedroom can fit into one box...I have a studio & I don't even have a tv or couch, only a bed & 2 small dressers,lots of kitchen pots/pans, etc & clothes & I ended up needing a 2nd box. They did conveniently drop off an extra box but that means double the price for monthly storage that I was expecting plus double the price for the movers. 🙁 Despite this, I would still recommend them if you have a small amount of stuff.

Michael and Frank are outstanding with their customer service. I had to store pods for 1 year and then requested them to be moved over 150 miles. They are affordable, reliable, available and most importantly honest.

They are super professional and the people that work for Box-N-Go are great. Customer service is top notch. I ordered a Pod last minute and they had one sent to me the next day. They even had the option of movers for an extra cost and they moved all my stuff for me in the unit. I highly recommend them. I looked at a ton of storage pod companies and Box-N-Go had the best deal. Ask for Frank, he hooked me up.

My old landlord dropped a 30 day notice to leave right before I had to go on a trip so actually I had about 2 weeks to move my entire apartment out. This was super convenient and the service was excellent! You pretty much order the boxes. I ordered 4 since I have a lot of stuff. The PODS get delivered to your house. (make sure to save some parking space right in front of your place to make for easier moving) and once your are done lock em up (with your own locks) and they pick it up. they store for a reasonable price at there storage or you can have them deliver to your next apartment! easy peasy! The only downfall was if you have extremely large couches it will not fit. So make sure to get the dimensions of the PODS and make sure to see if anything you have wont fit. Good for: College Kids moving or small apartment move.

Box-n-Go is BRILLIANT for the mover!

Takes the stress out of transporting and storing!! I thought I'd do what I had done in the past which is rent a truck pack up in a day and then unload to a storage facility or my next place the SAME day. I came across Box-n-Go looking for best priced storage for my things. The ability to pack just outside my door, transport and store (if need) and then unpack when I am ready is GENIUS! When I called, FRANK answered all my questions. What a wonderful guy!! He's been super helpful, joyful and patient. When I realized I needed more days to load the Box-n-Go storage before pickup, I called up and left a message, FREDDY called me then next morning making it very easy breezy to reschedule. Everyone I spoke with in the office from changing to confirming or answering questions has been supper helpful...they are a team! DREW was terrific during drop off of the Box-n-Go container and made sure the box was level, that I understood how to open and lock the door and made sure it was easy for me to load and access during the move!! Thank you everyone at Box-n-Go!!

I knew Box-n-Go places a high priority on customer service.

Our High School Band Booster Club was in need of temporary storage for an upcoming fundraising event. From the moment I called and spoke with Freddy I knew Box-n-Go places a high priority on customer service and community involvement. Freddy, Frank and Michael were courteous and patient explaining the entire process. Phone calls, phone messages and emails were promptly answered. Andrew, the delivery driver was very professional and helpful in determining the proper location to drop-off the boxes at the campus. I even got a phone call the following day to make certain all went smoothly and to schedule a pickup date. Our booster club is happy to promote Box-n-Go as a sponsor.

I would highly recommend Box N Go for so many reasons.

First - I'm so happy that every time you call, you get an actual person on the line! They have been incredibly helpful and patient with me. I had a huge move from my house I had been in for 8 years and wanted to pack way ahead of my move out date. I had to stagger deliveries and pickups and they were great with last minute changes. Joe, who did the deliveries and pickups was so nice and helpful and always had a smile on his face. I got my first 3 boxes (of 7) delivered after 7 months in storage and nothing had shifted. It was like the day they had been packed. I would highly recommend Box N Go for so many reasons... customer service, cost, willingness to work with the customer, friendly staff.

Have been with Box N Go for several years now.

Have been with Box N Go for several years now. So convenient! If I want to stop by to rummage through my unit, I call ahead and they pull it out and place it in a spot in their lot where i can drive my car right up to it. Or, they will deliver it right to my home where I can take as long as I like to transfer my stuff. I am paying half as much as I would in a conventional storage unit in my area, and since I don't need access to it every day it is perfect for my situation. Also, the unit is quite large, I can actually walk around in it.

I did my research and found Box-n-Go the overall best selection for what it offers and affordability. I am a disabled senior citizen and the property I resided in was sold. The timeline given me to move was a short period for me. I explained the situation I was in and they were there for me. They brought the units to the property and made the best recommendation as to the placement of the units. They advised me as to the number of units I was going to need; they were right! They had referrals of packers, boxers, and loaders/ unloaders. They advised me of the pricing and stated I could research to find a more affordable group. I went with their recommendations as they were the most affordable. Their genuine concern and excellent customer service lends me to highly recommend this company and the services they have to offer.
